Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling

Card verification when booking

You must now enter a debit or credit card when booking at camp nails.

When you book an appointment, you block off my valuable time. If you choose to cancel or no-show last minute, Fresha will automatically charge the appropriate amount for your service.

Rest assured your card details are secure with an application

All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

No shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will result in a fee matching the price of the booked appointment options.

If you anticipate being late to your appointment, please inform us. Appointments will be cancelled if the delay exceeds 10 minutes.

A rescheduling will be necessary, and the original appointment fee will still apply as it represents valuable time and inconveniences both myself and other clients.
